November Fourth

IMG_0005

Son2’s pillow he made in Home Economics of his school colors back in September…

I didn’t go to work today… actually I did go to work but then I went home and called out of work… I arrived at work but was not feeling well… as the opener was late to open the store and we were all now late for our shifts it gave me the opportunity to think for about twenty minutes as we waited… at that point no one had arrived and I had gone to sit in the car thinking why am I here not feeling well… so I went back home and called out, the opener had arrived by then… of course if they had opened the store for our shift I’m sure I would have stayed and toughed it out… I have lots to do and another visit next Tuesday… but I needed a day to regroup… and my hormones were in overdrive as I could have melted a snow bank with my burning ears/head…

At home I relaxed and worked on the computer… helping hubby look for jobs, enrolling in the annual medical benefits, and organizing files on the computer… I finished washing all the Halloween stuff, just need to finish putting it away… Watched Criminal Minds with hubby… and spent two and a half hours doing homework with son3… made pasta for dinner to go with the lasagna… still haven’t got my mind wrapped back around the eating like I did before… I really need to snap out of this funk I am in…

Hubby is cleaning up dinner, son2 is doing homework, son3 is in the shower and son1 should be getting off work in a minute…

I am taping Bones, Fringe, Big Bang Theory, William Shatner and CSI… We’ll watch Bones and then it’s nighty night for everyone…

Today I ate: vitamins, green tea tablet, banana, water… hot chocolate… lunch~chimichanga, yogurt over cereal, cola… tortilla chips… dinner~pasta, lasagna, zucchini, squash, garlic bread, water…

Pedometer: over 3600…

Happy Journaling…

cool pillow!! I like the colors of it. I think a day off work was just what you needed today. measure out your portions and keep track of calories if possible seeing what you are putting into your body might help getting your eating under control again
