March Nineteenth

Hubby’s working this evening, so I have taken a moment to do a bit of blogging… I actually did four entries…

I also fixed the boys some frozen pizzas, loaded the dishwasher and watched some of my shows on the DVR…

Now I’m watching Joyce Meyer…

I also brought home a pile of paperwork from work to organize and sort through but I have not gotten to that and may not…

The boys are on XBox/computers…

Son3 has been doing OK in school lately so I have been letting him play games during the week… It seems his friends are also allowed to play games on school nights as they are all on XBox Live…

Son2 has been hanging with his friends a lot lately at the apartment…

These are more pictures from the yard this week…

Tomorrow is Spring and my yard has sprung…

IMG_0009IMG_0010

Hubby and I both had the day off yesterday and we did yard work…

Finally all the leaves are raked…

IMG_0011IMG_0012

Hubby and I pulled down some lattice and finished cutting back the vines that were growing through the fence into the neighbors yard and damaging the fence…

IMG_0013IMG_0014

Two weeks into Lent and I haven’t had candy or soda but I’m way out of control on my eating portions and eating ice cream… So still have a ways to go of training myself not to eat so much… I so want to get back what I had last time when I lost thirty pounds…

Almost time for hubby to be home and almost bedtime already and then back to work…

And I didn’t go through the paper pile for work yet…

Green beans, white potatoes, carrots, corned beef in the crock pot for St. Patrick’s Day…

IMG_0009IMG_0010

At work I want to have all my paperwork done, all the boxes opened, all the shoes stocked to the floor, the floor neat and clean, all the displays in place, all the mismates found, all the stockroom clean and organized, all the associates trained and all the computer training done…

IMG_0011IMG_0012

Miss Indy…

IMG_0013IMG_0014

At home I want the house cleaned, all the paperwork done, all the files cleaned out, all the shows on the DVR watched, time to read books, time to write in my journal, time to write in my blog, time to read blogs, all the closets and drawers cleaned out, all the yard work done, time to work on projects, the laundry and dishes will never be done…

Joyce Meyer Ministries

"I'm going to let you in on a wonderful little secret: Serving God is absolutely the most exciting, unbelievably awesome thing you can do. The more you fill your life with God and reach out to other people, the happier you're going to be."-Joyce

A Prayer for Finances: God, You are the owner of everything I possess. Teach me that it's more blessed to give than to receive. Whatever situation I am in, I pray that my attitude and actions will glorify You. Thank You for meeting my needs, Lord, and for showing me where my treasure truly lies. Amen

A Prayer Against Depression: God, I have been carrying a heavy burden and I am coming to You right now for relief. I surrender all my hurts, disappointments and insecurities to You. Thank You for Your Word, which tells me about Your unconditional love and affection for me. You are my Father, and I am Your child. I love to be in Your presence, You are the source of all my peace and joy. Forever I will praise You. Amen.

God loves you constantly! You belong to God. In His eyes you have infinite worth and value. If you have been rejected or treated badly, don't let resentment build up in your heart. Keep your eyes on God and follow His instructions. Always believe what God says about you above your own feelings or what others say about you. God's opinion is the only one that matters.

We may not always get what we want, but God will always provide what we need. –Joyce

Today, Linda, we believe God wants you to know that ...

love won't run out.

In moments when you feel like you have given and given until there is no more of yourself to give, remember that love won't run out. God has an infinite amount of love for you and for you to pass on to others. Even at times when the well seems dry, God can send a flood. Let the flood of love wash over you and then drench everyone around you.
