St. Patrick's Day




Corned Beef with potatoes, carrots and green beans...




My Favorite: corned beef on sour dough bread with mayo and Swiss cheese, heated in the microwave for thirty seconds...

Mmmm, the corned beef loos good! I had pizza planned for last Wednesday forgetting it was St. Patrick's day. We ended up having canned corned beef hash and eggs, LOL!

Hey, Linda! Everything looks so good and your blog looks so fresh and full of bright spring promises! Love the flowers and the food! I want to eat at your place! I bet you also make soda bread!!!!!
