November Seventh

sick-cartoon-car

Seems we’re all having car troubles…

My car just needs a way over due oil change…

Hubby’s car has been leaking and he and son1 finally figured out it was the radiator…

It has a hole, so that’s an easy fix…

Hubby and son1 will replace the radiator next weekend…

Son2 is having the most trouble…

His car did not pass smog…

So son1 worked on it…

And again it did not pass smog…

Took it to the car shop and they said son1 did all the right things…

It is leaking oil somewhere…

And maybe transmission fluid…

Worse scenario it’s a head gasket…

Son2 does not want to put money into it to fix it…

He is still paying off the loan for the car…

He already replaced the clutch right after he bought it…

That wasn’t cheap…

He is already late on his registration…

He and son1 are trying to figure out what to do…

He just wants to get it to pass smog and then trade it in for a different car…

Meanwhile son1 and son2 took lil ninja turtle for a drive in the mountains…

Seems car shops are not open on Sunday to do repairs…

DIL is off on a girl’s weekend…

Hubby is putting away Halloween…

Son3 finished writing a paper for school and now has a day to play video games…

I’m going to work…

We are having one of our friends and family events so I work til ten…

Thank you to my dedicated followers that read my blog when I happen to have a minute to post and for leaving such nice comments…

I’m trying to get on a plan of reading blogs again but with all I seem to have to do I have trouble focusing on what to do first…

And knowing the difference between chore time and relaxing time…

Happy Journaling…

Car problems are expensive. I have one that is overdue for an oil change too. Sounds like you have a long day working until 10:00. Have Christmas hours started already?

I always dreaded and crossed my fingers (and toes) when the cars had to go through their smog checks. They can be such a hassle; we need them to get around but they can be so expensive when needing repairs.
