June Seventeenth…

Last week sometime before the birthday, hubby did some yard work… He removed the mini rosebushes from the front yard, they hadn’t been doing very well now that the trees grew in and provide so much shade, the mini roses don’t get very much sun…

And we moved the bench from the back yard that was being used as a shelf for all the yard tools, to the front yard to be at least be viewed as a yard decoration if no one is going to sit in it…

He also cleared up the yard between the driveway of the neighbor and put down some trim to get some thoughts going…

Another day this butterfly visited the yard… Even Indy wanted to say HI…

Son3 the last day of school, settling into XBox Live with his friends, and he has been there ever since, unless he is on the computer…

Enjoying his Carl’s Jr/Taco Bell on the last day of school…

A few more birthday cards came…

Son3 and I making Father’s Day cards… mine is on the right…

Son3 was having trouble coming up with an idea… I told him he could be more creative if he would stop watching the cartoons on TV and go through the plastic drawers of craft supplies…

Hubby opening his cards/present on Father’s Day…

Son3’s card, he went overboard with the stickers…

XFile’s DVDs… Hubby loves his XFiles…

I had made hubby scrambled eggs, Spam and muffins for breakfast…

And then we took him to see How To Train Your Dragon 2…

It was so sad… They killed off a key character… The characters in the movie were crying, the audience was crying… It was a shock… Son2 was so mad… A child in the back of the theater asked loudly, “Why is everyone so sad”… lol…

I loved that butterfly; great shots of it! LOL with son3 and his summer activities! Hope he gets out to do a little fun things other than XBox :)

Oh no with How to Kill a Dragon 2; I better not tell hubby that; he was looking forward to seeing it; I'll let him be surprised.

Roses do love sunshine so I hope the ones you moved thrive and grow for you. The pictures of the butterfly are wonderful. I can never seem to catch their beauty like that. We've had some pretty ones here too. Looks like your hubby did have a wonderful Father's Day. Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
