Jeremiah 26:8-15
But as soon as Jeremiah finished telling all the people, everything the Lord had commanded him to say, the priests, the prophets and all the people seized him and said, You must die! Why do you prophesy in the Lord’s name that this house will be like Shiloh and this city will be desolate and deserted? And all the people crowded around Jeremiah in the house of the Lord.
When the officials of Judah heard about these things, they went up from the royal palace to the house of the Lord and took their place at the entrance of the New Gate of the Lord’s house. Then the priests and the prophets said to the officials and all the people, This man should be sentenced to death because he has prophesied against this city. You have heard it with your own ears!
Then Jeremiah said to all the officials and all the people; The Lord sent me to prophesy against this house and this city all the things you have heard. Now reform your ways and your actions and obey the Lord your God. The the Lord will relent and not bring the disaster he has pronounced against you. As for me, I am in your hands, do with me whatever you think is good and right. Be assured, however, that if you put me to death; you will bring the guilt of innocent blood on yourselves and on this city and on those who live in it, for in truth the Lord has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing.

Watching Ghost Adventures…
Didn’t get exactly done what I wanted to at work last night, but I did get things done planned and not planned… I’m glad this week is over though… I was in a mood that I just wanted to be by myself… Work wise I’m settled in the new position, but still settling in with the people I work with and missing the familiarity of the people I worked with in shoes and our daily talks…
This morning I slept in til 8am, I was really tired… Son1 called, or I would have maybe slept later… I let the machine get it though and he called son2 around 10am… he wanted son2 to come over and help him do yard work… he found a person getting rid of the grass on the side of their house that would fit perfectly on the side of son1’s house… all he had to do was go dig it up and he could have it… son1’s grass had died on the side of his house and the other people were putting cement on the side of their house…
So hubby made breakfast for son3 and I… scrambled eggs, hash browns, spam and English muffins…
I spent most of the morning on the laptop… email, Facebook… I ordered some vitamins and a work shirt from Walmart… and using my shop your way reward points and associate discount at Sears/KMart I ordered a work shirt and some Joyce Meyer books & headphones for mine and hubby’s Easter baskets…
Hubby cleaned the garage, finally putting away the last of the Christmas decorations…
Son3 was on video games…
I did a load of laundry and put away all the laundry that had piled up… and then cleaned my room a bit… was thinking since the boys won’t clean their rooms and they don’t want me doing it, then I’ll clean my room… and doing so I found son1’s high school diploma… in a place I don’t even remember putting it there or why I would… probably figured that would be a safe place and I wouldn’t lose it… he’s been looking for it as he’ll need it to get into the training part of his new job… I thought I had given it back to him when he moved out but I guess not…
Hubby and I were going to go for a walk around the neighborhood but we got busy in our projects and didn’t make it… it was supposed to be 80 today but it was also overcast… son2 got a bit of sunburn and a headache helping son1 outside all day…
Tomorrow hubby and I are supposed to go for our drive/hike… but there’s a chance of rain in Oakhurst… plus the boys need haircuts and son3 has homework from when he missed school… I also just realized today being Dr. Seuss’ birthday that son3 missed all the special dress up days at school this past week… not that I saw it posted anywhere or did he bring home any announcements… I’m thinking he didn’t want to participate…
Going back to January to our original to do list to see what all we’ve done…
Email Kaiser Doctor as I keep running out of my Gabapentin as it blocks me from refilling til it thinks it’s time, not to mention the week I have to wait to receive in the mail…
Son2’s Birthday is at the end of the month: plan a little something…
Walk room by room and make a plan to do one thing every day this year…
