Son3 is sick....
Friday hubby got up for his third day of getting to work at 6am... His alarm goes off and he jumps out of bed, lol, he is used to leisurely getting out of bed at 7am... I told him he is going to hurt himself if he doesn't slow down at 4:45am... Of course I am also awake at this time, but I am used to it, although now I don't actually get up til 5:45am so I can get son2 off to the bus and then get son3 up at 7am to get ready to go to school... Except Thursday night at 2am he woke to say his head hurt... Hubby yelled out darn that cat... I said the cat is right here with us and not waking son3 up, lol... Of course the next day he did not remember saying anything... So anyway I get son3 up and he says his head still hurts, so I give him some Tylenol and by time he is brushing his teeth, he is singing... He did not eat breakfast though and I was very tempted to call out of work but off we went... 1pm I just sit down to lunch and I am being paged, it is the school, son3 is complaining his tummy hurts... I talk to son3 and then the school and arrange for hubby to pick up at 2pm since he is almost off of work... Of course I do ask unless you want me to pick up right now, no he can lay down in the nurse's office... almost got off work early, lol....
So I got off work at 5:30pm, came home to pizza and son3 in bed on his third movie... He hadn't eaten all day except for one bite of pizza...
Son2 was off to bed at 8pm to read the fourth book in the Twilight series that he got for Valentine's...
Hubby and I watched Terminator, Sarah Conner Chronicles, hubby was snoring half way through it and then Dollhouse, I was asleep half way through that one, lol...
We went to bed at 10pm, with son3 waking up at 11, throwing up, 12, 1, 2, 4, and then 7am, hubby had to get up for work... At 4am I put in a movie for son3 to take his mind off his tummy... I don't know how much sleep he has gotten... I'm used to the house being absolutely quiet when the boys are sick, but son3 has been moaning and calling me every half hour, poor thing... he was still throwing up at 8, 9 and 10, not that he has eaten anything except two sips of lemon lime soda and one fishy cracker... He has been quiet for an hour now but son2 says he is not asleep.... He's watching another movie...
I'm not thinking I'm gonna get much done today or maybe a whole lot done if he finally falls asleep... I'll gets lots of laundry done though... ewwwwww...
Hopefully next week we'll settle into our schedule's better... I told hubby I expect it to be a long time for him to adjust to his schedule... I've been working that schedule for over fifteen years so I'm used to it... The good thing now is everyone finally goes to sleep early, lol, like I never got to do...
Well now that the day is half over, I should get dressed and wander out to the backyard and see if anymore bulbs have come up....

We are Here! We are Here!

I feel like the Who's in Horton Hears a Who calling out to you all that we are here, lol... Can you hear me calling as I walk past the computer... I haven't written in the journal since over a week ago, how did that happen... I'm on the computer enough but still not enough time... Working 9-5 opens up time for some things but blocks out time for playing on computer... well of course then there is stupid facebook, lol... I love My Farm, Eco Racer and lots of other little applications that are fun to play...

So what have we been doing, I don't remember that far back, lol... It has been raining a lot! But today is Sunny and 66 with no rain til maybe tonight or Saturday...

We finally saw Wall-E, very cute...

At work we are getting ready for yet another visit for next Friday... we have a ton of hours this week... Working 9-5 isn't too bad, I have time in the morning to check email, throw in some laundry, load the dishwasher, get the boys to school and this or that... but then in the evening it's finish homework, dinner, watch a show to relax and fall asleep... Sunday I still go in at 6am to set the ad and Monday's I go in 7am but only if we have hours, like this past Monday...

Hubby worked his first 6-2pm yesterday but now today he is back to 10-7 for a training class, then the next two days 6am, so we will see how he is by Saturday... of course they have talked now of changing the store hours so he may go to 7-3pm, which doesn't work as well for school pick up....

Son3 has been doing better on spelling, his reading has improved, but he still brings home too much classwork.... I wonder if it is him or the teacher trying to do many things and they run out of time.... Hubby had a bit of a chat with her the other day but he may still have a conference with the counselor...

Son2 is doing fine... He seems to have grown into his 15 years lately... Gets up for school on his own... texts with his friend that is a girl every day giving her advise on her boyfriend that is also son2's friend, all the while finally admitting to us that he likes her too.... He is on book 3 of the Twilight series, I am on book 2... I still don't see what all the excitement is about so we debate over the books every so often...

Son1 called a week ago asking if he could move back home.... said girlfriend was cheating and he was going to confront her.... He was coming over on Sunday to talk... Son2 text him if he was coming over, he never said yes or no all day Sunday... he finally text son2 that he didn't want to be a burden by moving home... Son2 text him back that he was not a burden and to come home and pay off his bills and start fresh... Son1 has not responded... So we are waiting for the other shoe to fall....

All the trees in Fresno are blossoming pink and white... All the daffodils are blooming in the front yard and a couple of the bulbs I planted in the backyard are just pushing up through the ground... The rosebushes all have new leaves sprouting and the trees are also sprouting new leaves... The birds are busy at the bird feeders... Spring is here...

And other than that, you can see you haven't missed a thing, same things going on now that were going on a week ago, lol....

And as usual I have laundry, dishes and what's for dinner all waiting for me and the boys will be home from school soon and homework will begin...
